Customer Service went over and above!!! They reached out to me to make sure I had a magnetic case, or the suction mount car charger I ordered would not work without one. When I asked if I could add one to my existing order, they sent me one for free!!! I have received both items and could not be happier. Top quality, functions above my expectations!!!! Will definitely use this company for all my charging needs!

I have been a long time customer of XVIDA products and they have always been great. Customer service is second to none, Mark usually answers my emails in less than 24 hrs. and is very helpful. He even sent me a new case once when I damaged my case and I was actually out of warranty. Shipping could be better, it sometimes takes a while, but when delays happen Mark has always been great and sent me a discount coupon or even refunded a portion of my costs. In today's environment of supply chain issues and competition from China, XVIDA is experiencing struggles, but so is every manufacturer. I hope they can make it through these tough times because I want to continue as a customer. Firstly because their product is superior to others on the market, it does exactly what says, simply and effectively. Secondly, their prices are comparable with other similar products, the difference is the quality of the XVIDA product. And lastly, their service to the customer. In all of my purchases and communications with XVIDA, it has been a great experience. They value their customers and show it by doing everything in their power to please the customer. It sticks really well on the windscreen and doesn't fall off with the bumps in the road. It locks in place nice and tight and can be maneuvered to the right angle.

For the price of it I’m disappointed. When I pull my phone from it a magnet already is starting to come loose and pull out.

My first thoughts on the mount were wow this thing is trully strong. I drive down a bumpy dirt road and it hangs on through the vibrations and potholes. It charges fast and it's fully adjustable. It truly exceeded my expectations. It's well worth the price. You need to stop thinking about it and just buy it already. I went through 4 Scosche mounts before making the decision of purchasing this mount and I have no regrets. Thank you for creating such a quality product.

Wireless mount works excellently. Interacts with the case very well. Powers device constantly and every time I grab my phone it's fully charged. The case is also very appealing and offers a good amount of protection. Coupled with a TPU screen protector I love the way the phone looks and feels protected. The case also accomplishes protection and being magnetic without adding much bulk at all. I purchased a competitors product and wasn't very satisfied with their system. I wish I'd bought this originally because it works flawlessly and is exactly what I was looking for! I'll probably buy another mount for my other vehicle as well.

I love it. It works as a part of the integrated system and it does the job well. I have switched all chargers and mounts in my vehicles over to XVIDA. I actually have one of each style for our family car, my car and our work truck.

I have several different types and this is by far my favorite. Very easy to adjust and holds well to my windshield. Very pleased.

Product design enabled me install in precisely the place I wanted. Easy to install and solid construction. Only disappointment was to find out the 2020 iPhone SE magnetic case from Xvida is not available in Europe. Xvida provides a well designed magnetic plate which can be stuck on the back of your mobile as an alternative solution. Early days but this appears to do the job. Overall, very pleased.

The case fits the iPhone XR really well and it connects to the in car mount perfectly. The car mount is very secure with no bounce over bumps. Very happy with purchase.

Good mount, seems sturdy enough and magnet holds phone well. My only question remains the speed of the charge. When MAPS it seems to keep up and maybe give me slightly additional charge. This might be due to my USB plug or some other factor but I need to figure that.

After buying and trying loads of cheap holders I've finally found one that holds two different mobiles on the windscreen and charges at the same time. We use one mobile to be both a dashcam (Daily voyager) and Nav device (TomTom mobile). The holder is stable and secure.

The case works very well. They physically function of the home and car chargers work well but the charging on both is slow. A bit disappointed since I paid over $100. Was going to buy one for my daughter but not now

I've looked everywhere for a good car phone mount for awhile now. Not only does this exceed my expectations as a rock-solid magnetic mount (coupled with the magnetic card that attaches on the back of your phone), but it wirelessly charges too. This mount makes it incredibly easy and convenient to slap your phone onto while driving in order to follow maps, have a hands-free phone call, or just simply charge during a trip. The quality is outstanding and the suction holds tight with no droop whatsoever. I can't recommend it enough.

I have been using my XVIDA charger for a few weeks. The system works great with one small caveat, I cannot use the car charging system the way it was intended because my Apple Car Play won’t work unless plugged directly into my phone. It does provide a good place to hold the phone on the windshield, out of the way and actually improves my cell signal!

Unfortunately, the handle tends to fall off the cockpit when the temperature in the car rises (e.g. the car has stood a few hours in the sun). Suction of the handle to the cockpit is only possible when both cool down (e.g. by air conditioning). In addition - it charges, holds the phone tightly and the built-in fan is practically inaudible.

Wanted a complete system that would work between cars and with my iPhone Pro Max and my wife’s smaller 11 Pro.  I paired this with the universal magnetic card attached to the outside of my case, and does a good job holding my heavy pro max.   No falls on washboard gravel roads.  The mount itself doesn’t wobble, and the suction cup is very soft and very sticky/tacky, not like a typical suction cup, so may work on textured dash as well.  Mounted mine on matte plastic dash and is very secure.  Didn’t try with the card between the case and phone since it made the case fit poorly.  Email support was excellent. 

Works great, but i dont get fast charging even with the included cable etc, however the phone still charges at a "normal" pace.

Otherwise i love it; the suction cup sits nice and firm in the window and the magnets, or the whole construction really, is robust.

Would be great if you could turn it off, otherwise great product!

The packages arrived and chargers all work fine. My lower rating is around two main issues 1/ the wire mounting and guides have very weak adhesive and essentially don’t work at all. I bought 3 units (one for my wife and daughter ) and all 3 had the exact same issue. The mounts work fine it’s just the wiring for charging could be cleaner for installations. The second issue is returns are not easy and as I write this I am still in process of remediation game an exchange of suction mount for an air vent. Hope to have this addressed soon.

I had a first generation Xvida wireless charging car mount and it worked but if I bumped the phone or went over a rough road it would fall off easily. I sent an email to Xvida support to see if the magnetic holding power of the mount had been improved, Daniel contacted me and told me that yes the mount had been improved and offered me a generous discount on a new improved mount. After using the new mount now for a few months, I can say it does hold better but the magnets could still be stronger. I don't know how that would affect the charging, maybe they would interfere with the wireless charging field and that is the reason for not using stronger magnets. Other than that the charger works great, the suction cup is very strong and I am generally pleased with the new mount. I will keep checking the Xvida web site to see if they have improved the mount again in the future. Keep up the good work Xvida!

So far I am impressed. The configuration is better than mophie vent mount in a freight liner cascadia. Because of the windshield mount and the power supply actually works with the charger. Mophie’s don’t The battery in the mophie case is a great idea but not ness art because this brand new xvida magnetic mount wireless charger actually charges the phone fully while recording time laps video while driving. Now if it lasts a lifetime or at the very least as long as the warranty or I just want to buy something. I will be happy. My new iPhone XR only fell once. The mophie case had stronger magnets

I will admit, the case that XVIDA makes does not work well with other magnetic mounts (they do give that disclaimer in their product overview though, so no knock to them). However, this XVIDA mount designed to work with their case is amazing, very easy to setup/install and keeps phone secure while charging at the same time (also nice for those with iphones with only the lightning port so you can charge and listen to music through the aux/lightning port at the same time. Highly recommend

Products magnetic case and charger works great in all Heavy equipment applications. Keep up with the good product demand by the consumer. Web site is also spot on . Made for easy online shopping and info.

For the first several months the suction mount worked great, but then it seems the rubber gets stretched out a bit and soon the entire mount is a bit floppy on the dash. Detaching and reattaching doesn't fix the issue as the suction cup itself has changed shape over time and there is no way to make a secure fit again. The shaking of the mount then allows the magnetic mount and phone to whip around too quickly at times, causing the entire device to detach from the dash and send everything crashing to the floor or console. If there were a way to keep the firm mounting it has when new, this device would be perfect.

This is a great product, combined with the XVIDA phone case.

I originally bought the XVIDA phone case to use with my existing magnetic mount. After receiving it, I was disappointed to read in the fine print that the case only works with XVIDA's specific magnetic mount; I felt that this could have been a bit clearer (a magnet is a magnet, right?). So, back to place another order I went... now that I have the case and the magnetic mount to match they make an excellent combo. So long as you buy each product together, highly recommended!

Love the mount itself along with the case, my only issue is like a few others have said, I have terrible reception with my radio now, so I have to unplug it most of the times, which defeats the purpose of the mount. I also had to buy different clips to hold the wire in place, the ones it came with did not work at all. If it weren’t for the radio issue would be 5 stars.

I originally gave the car charger a 1 star as I didn’t know how to use it. I’d purchased the iPhone case but then gave it to my sister and was using the charger w/o a case or magnet card. The phone doesn’t hold so I velcroed it to the charger (the charger works super-fast). After receiving an email from Daniel, I took back the case and put it on my phone and voila! this thing is awesome!
I drove around all day and NOT ONCE did the phone fall off. I am now going to get one for my wife and a separate case for my sis. Thank you Daniel! Now if I can figure out how to delete that 1 star rating...

Suction cup mount works excellent, its very strong but can still slide around the windshield if you pull it sideways.
The charger works great when charging. It does fast charging when used with the included powerful car adapter, normal charging when used with my 5v 2.4A charger. I have this issue when the phone reaches 100% it will sometimes disconnect the charging and then when my phone drops to 99% reconnect again, causing notifications to display on my phone, just a minor nuisance. The fan used to be silent, but now for the first 3...5 minutes of operation it will be loud and then return to working quietly, I think this has something to do with colder temperatures and bearings.
Car power adapter is better than any other I have - it has not killed the fuse of my car once, no matter how much I have played with it. I wish it was more discrete (shorter).
USB cable micro-B connector died after three months of use (only disconnected/reconnected about 10 times). Wish they made this product with USB-C. I also wish the cable was 1 foot longer.
Cable clips did not stick to the panels of my car, not nearly strong enough sticky side. The sticky side also seemed inconsistent across the 3 clips, one was more liquidy than others.
I wish they made this with the same design as the older model which allowed using your phone in both landscape and portrait.

I’ve bought a couple of other vechicle phone mounts in the past and they were cumbersome or didn’t last long at all as you can tell they were made cheaply. This Xvida vechicle mount is solid. It’s built really well and more importantly it stays where you put it. Not only does the mount stay but the phone stays on it too. I mount it on the windshield with no problems. Being in south Louisiana we get some cold (about 35) from time to time and then it warms up to 70 in a day or two. The mount stays in place with this wide temperature change. Also both the mount and phone stay in place with the horrendous roads we have down here.
My only wish is for the cord that comes with the mount to be about a foot or two longer.
Great product, I show it off to people and would definitely buy another if I needed on for a second car.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 and needed a phone mounting solution. I happened upon an M3 owners forum and found the Xvida product. It seemed like Xvida had a good solution so I bought 2 of the UNIVERSAL MAGNETIC CARDs since my wife and I already had cases that we liked for our iPhone Xs and XsMax along with a Magnet Qi Wireless Charing Vent Mount. I suppose I was going all in on this solution.

The Suction mount worked perfect for the M3 which has no traditional vents. It allowed for precise placement adjacent to the M3's control screen.

As for the "magnetic holding" of the phone, it worked great with my wife's Xs, but my XsMax was a bit heavy and would occasionally lose grip and fall off the charger. But, for the most part, it was working well enough.

About a month into using the product, the provided USB cable broke.. Not sure what happened -- so I contact Xvida to get a replacement.

My first attempt with support went unanswered so sent a second request in for help. I was contacted by Daniel who told me they would send out a replacement for the cable ASAP.. I had also reported in my support request that the magnetic grip on my XsMax was not great and asked if I was having too high of expectations for the product.. Daniel offered to let me try out the Xvida Iphone XsMax Case to see if that would provide better grip than the magnetic card.

After receiving the USB cable and the new case, I tested the grip on my phone and it was amazing! That thing is never falling off again.

This is definitely a great product and the support has been very good as well (after the second attempt). I highly recommend the car charging and mounting solutions that Xvida is providing. I just bought the Magnetic CD mount for my truck.. Looking forward to having a wireless charging solution in all my vehicles!

Awesome product does exactly what I need it to do.

With as many problems with reliability of Qi charging, XVIDA has done a great job combining magnetic attachment with the qi technology. You don't have to search for the sweet spot like with other qi chargers. I use one next to my bed and another in the car. Keeps the the phone secure while bluetooth streams music, phone, etc.

Been using the casing and the magnetic mount...it's wonderful and very useful...surprised that it does not need to add in a ring holder as the case has one of the best designed outer shell with plenty of grips....very well made and fully appreciated the efforts made to have this great products out for the iPhone users!!...Thank you very much for the fast delivery too!!!!
